摘　　要：目的分析探讨神经白塞氏病(NeuroBehcet disease,NBD)的临床特征及诊治方法。方法回顾性分析本院8例NBD患者的临床资料,总结其临床表现、实验室及影像学检查特点、治疗情况。结果神经系统表现:头痛(6例)、锥体束征(4例)、肢体瘫痪、麻木(3例)、复视(1例)、记忆力及理解力下降(1例)、视力下降伴视乳头水肿(1例)。脑脊液异常5例,颅脑MRI、MRA、MRV及DSA提示:脑干受累5例,基底节、侧脑室旁病灶3例,横窦血栓形成1例。患者均给予糖皮质激素冲击治疗,5例患者症状均有所缓解,3例病情较重者联合免疫抑制剂治疗仍遗留头痛或一侧肢体麻木。结论 NBD临床表现复杂多样且预后较差,应提高警惕,尽早诊断、及时治疗。Objective To analyze the clinical features and treatment of Neuro-Behcet disease(NBD).Methods Clinical manifestation,laboratory examination and neuroimaging findings of 8 patients with NBD were retrospectively analyzed.Results Headache occurred in 6 cases,pyramidal signs in 4 cases,limbs paralysis and numbness in 3 cases,diplopia in 1 case,reduced memory and understanding in one case and decreased vision with optic disc edema in 1 case.Five patients had abnormal CSF test results.Imaging examination showed brainstem was involved in 5 cases,basal ganglia and lateral ventricle were involved in 3 cases,and intracranial venous sinus thrombosis in 1 case.After intravenous glucocorticoid therapy,5 patients were relieved;3 patients still suffered from headache or limb numbness after being given immunodepressants.Conclusion NBD has clinical heterogeneity and poor prognosis,which should be alerted,diagnosed and treated early.
