摘 要:目的响应面法优选片姜黄热风干燥的最佳工艺。方法在单因素考察的基础上,选择干燥温度和装载量为主要因素,以干燥效率、挥发油含量和浸出物含量的综合评分为响应值,采用Central-Composite中心组合实验和响应面分析法对片姜黄热风干燥工艺进行优选。结果优选的最佳工艺条件为干燥温度75℃,装载量:15.5 kg/m^2,片姜黄的干燥效率为1.076 kg/(m^2·h),挥发油含量为3.24%,浸出物含量为12.22%。结论采用响应面法优选的工艺稳定可行,为片姜黄热风干燥技术的工业化应用提供理论依据。Objective To optimize the hot air drying processing for Rhizoma wenyujin by response surface method.Methods Based on single factor experiment,using drying temperature and loading capacity as the main effects and the comprehensive score of drying efficiency,oil content and extract content as the response value,the hot air drying processing for Rhizoma wenyujin was optimized by Central-Composite design and response surface method.Results The best drying processing for Rhizoma wenyujin was as follows:drying temperature was 75℃,loading capacity was 15.5 kg/m^2,the drying efficiency was 1.076 kg/m^2·h,oil content was 3.24%,and extract content was 12.22%.Conclusion The optimized hot air drying processing for Rhizoma wenyujin by response surface method is stable and practicable,which can provide theoretical basis for the industrial production of Rhizoma wenyujin.
