摘　　要：采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)建立了祛痘类化妆品中盐酸特比萘芬的检测方法。待测样品以甲醇为提取溶剂经超声提取,上清液经微孔滤膜过滤后测定。以10 mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液-乙腈为流动相,BEH-C18色谱柱分离,采用多反应离子监测(MRM)模式进行定性定量分析。所建方法中,待测组分检出限为0.02 mg/kg,定量限为0.05 mg/kg,在低、中、高3个添加水平范围内平均回收率为89.0%~117.7%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~4.7%。用于80批祛痘类化妆品样品检测,其中1批检出盐酸特比萘芬。The UPLC-MS/MS method for determination of terbinafine hydrochloride in anti-acne cosmetics was established.Cosmetic samples were ultrasonically extracted with methanol as extraction solvent,and filtered by microporous membrane filter prior to instrumental analysis.BEH-C18 column was used for elution with 10 mmol/L ammonium acetate aqueous solution–acetonitrile as mobile phase.The quantitative and qualitative analysis was carried out by multiple reaction monitoring(MRM).The experimental results indicated that the limit of detection(LOD)was 0.02 mg/kg and the limit of quantitation(LOQ)was 0.05 mg/kg.The mean recoveries at three spiked levels were in the range from 89.0%to 117.7%with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)between 1.1%and 4.7%.The method has been applied to determine terbinafine hydrochloride in 80 real samples,in which terbinafine hydrochloride has been detected in 1 batch of samples.
