摘 要:文章针对某载荷热试验提出入射热流模拟与吸收热流模拟相结合的组合热流模拟方法,利用红外灯阵配合太阳模拟器,可有效减小热试验模拟所需太阳模拟器光斑直径,降低试验成本。为保证模拟热流的精确施加,进行了组合热流模拟施加的热流重叠分析,并提出了增加遮光挡板的干扰抑制方法。试验结果显示,北冷板和散热北板同一位置在1个轨道周期内的最大温差在增加遮光挡板后降低为无遮光挡板时的5.93%和9.58%,表明干扰抑制措施有效,组合热流模拟方法可行。In thermal vacuum tests, the maximum irradiated area of the solar simulator is fixed. In order to meet the demand for an increased radiation range, a combined heat flux simulation approach is proposed, which combines the simulation of the absorption heat flux and the incident heat flux. A scheme of using the infrared lamp array together with the solar simulator could effectively ease the requirement of a large spot diameter with regard to the solar simulator system, thus reduce the cost of the test. The influence of the heat flux interference and overlapping is analyzed, and on that basis, a light shield is introduced to provide a more adequate heat flux.The ground tests are carried out and the temperature data analysis indicates the adequace of the simulation method and the reliability of the test data.
