摘  要:大唐多伦SHELL气化炉已生产运行6年多,在使用褐煤运行的过程中,使用不同灰分、灰熔点的煤种,均出现气化炉频繁堵渣、积灰停车,且运行负荷最高只能维持在80%~85%之间,无法实现装置高负荷稳定生产。经过研究,最终选择采用将煤烧嘴插入角度与气化炉中心夹角由4°改为6°的方案,实施后的装置运行负荷能提升约20%~25%,最终实现了装置100%~110%负荷稳定运行。此次烧嘴改角度的成功应用,为今后的2800t/d及以上壳牌气化炉高负荷、安全、稳定运行提供实践基础,具有很广阔的应用前景。Datang Duolun Shell gasifier has been in operation for more than 6 years.In the operation of using lignite with different ash content and ash melting point,there are frequent gasifier shutdown caused by slag blocking and ash accumulation,and the maximum operating load can only be maintained between 80%and 85%,therefore,stable production of the unit with high load can not be achieved.After research,the scheme of changing the angle between the inserted coal burner and the center of gasifier from 4°to 6°is finally selected.After the scheme is implemented,the operation load of the plant is increased by about 20%~25%,and stable operation of the plant at 100%~110%load is finally achieved.The successful application of the burner angle modification provides practical basis for the high load,safe and stable operation of Shell Gasifiers with capacity at or above 2800 t/a in the future,and has a broad application prospect.
