摘  要:某化肥生产装置作为国内首套具有自主知识产权的国产化大化肥生产装置,其蒸汽系统采用减温减压阀进行调节。在运行过程中,减温减压阀发生阀门卡涩故障,导致蒸汽系统不能稳定运行。拆检阀门分析发现,其主要问题是内部杂质和开车过程中暖管不充分,造成阀体水击损坏。通过更换维修损坏部件,优化暖管操作,保证了减温减压阀的正常运行,稳定了蒸汽系统。As the first large domestic fertilizer plant with independent intellectual property rights,this fertilizer plant regulates its steam system by temperature and pressure reducing valve.In the process of operation,the temperature and pressure reducing valve is jammed,which leads to the unstable operation of the steam system.After inspection and analysis on the disassembled valve,it shows that the main problems lie in the internal impurities and inadequate warming-up of the pipe during start-up,resulting in damage to the valve by water hammer.By replacing and repairing the damaged parts and optimizing the warming-up,the normal operation of the temperature and pressure reducing valve is ensured and the steam system is stabilized.
