摘　　要：The sudden COVID-19 virus outbreak has disrupted the normalcy of social and economic lives across the world,and has dealt a heavy blow to the already sluggish world economy.Cross-border e-commerce is also faced with multiple difficulties.On March 22,the first cross-border e-commerce development online platform was held by the China Service Trade Association,the China Cross-border E-commerce 50-people Forum and the World Cross-border E-commerce Research Institute.The forum was designed to discuss how to alleviate the impact of the virus and achieve better development in these troubling times.
