摘　　要：技术产权交易对促进技术转移和科技成果转化,提升企业科技创新能力,拉动经济发展具有重要意义。为更好地促进泰州技术产权交易的全面优化发展,提升泰州市科技创新综合实力,本文在实施调研的基础上,分析泰州市技术产权交易存在的问题,并针对性地提出建议和设计路径。Technology property rights transactions are of great significance to promote technology transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,enhance the ability of enterprises to innovate science and technology,and promote economic development.In order to better promote the comprehensive optimization and development of technology property rights transactions in Taizhou and enhance the comprehensive strength of technology innovation in Taizhou City,this article analyzes the problems existing in technology property rights transactions in Taizhou City on the basis of surveys,and proposes suggestions and design paths.
