摘　　要：结合泊头市长安御府项目售楼处工程采用爱舍宁波形沥青防水板施工的坡屋面系统,总结工法特点,分析质量、进度、安全、环保等控制要点,通过实践,证明该工法防水效果好、效率高、屋面通风和干燥效果好,提高了屋面节能效率,延长了屋面寿命,总体成本低,维护费用低.Based on the slope roof system of Ningbo asphalt waterproof board construction adopted by the Sales Office of Changan Yufu project in Botou City,this paper summarized the characteristics of the construction method,analyzed the quality,progress,safety,environmental protection and other control points,and proved that the construction method has good waterproof effect,high efficiency,good roof ventilation and drying effect,improves the energy-saving efficiency of the roof,prolongs the life of the roof,and the total low cost and maintenance cost.
