摘 要:目的通过检索国内外发表的文献,论证大剂量VC辅助抗病毒方面的疗效,以期为新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的治疗提供临床参考。方法以“维生素C”、“大剂量维生素C”、“抗病毒”、“急性呼吸窘迫综合征”等关键词,检索PubMed、Medline、Cochrane library等国外数据库和中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、中国生物医文献数据库(CBM)等数据库,对大剂量VC抗病毒作用进行分析汇总。结果大剂量VC对病毒性感冒、病毒性肺炎等病毒性疾病有疗效,且适用于由病毒感染引起的急性呼吸窘迫综合征。目前有两项关于VC治疗COVID-19的临床试验。目的大剂量VC有可能成为COVID-19治疗的药物,但临床应用应密切关注其副作用。Objective The purpose of this study is to review the literature published to demonstrate the efficacy of high-dose VC in antiviral therapy,with a view to providing clinical reference for the treatment of new coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19).Methods With the keywords of"vitamin C","high-dose of vitamin C","virus","acute respiratory distress syndrome",overseas databases such as PubMed,Medline,Cochrane library and CNKI,VIP,CBM were searched to analyze and summarize the antiviral effect of high-dose VC.Results high-dose VC was effective for viral diseases,such as viral cold and viral pneumonia,and was suitable for acute respiratory distress syndrome caused by viral infection.There were currently two clinical trials of VC in the treatment of covid-19.Conclusion high-dose VC may be a drug for covid-19 therapy,but its side effects should be paid close attention in clinical application.
