摘　　要：目的加强静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)药品管理,提升服务水平,确保成品输液质量。方法基于国际医院联合委员会认证标准(JCI标准),从PIVAS的药品储存、高警示药品、成品配送、临时采购药品、滞销药品、短缺药品、近效期药品等方面,探讨PIVAS的药品管理。结果我院PIVAS在JCI标准指导下,有效提升了PIVAS的药品质量管理水平,提高了成品输液质量。结论JCI标准指导下的药品管理可有效促进患者用药安全。Objective To strengthen the management of the pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS),improve the service levels and ensure the quality of finished product infusion.Methods Based on the JCI standard of the joint international hospital committee,the drug management methods of PIVAS were discussed from the aspects of drug storage,high warning drugs,distribution of finished products,temporary purchasing drugs,unsalable drugs,shortage drugs and short-term drugs.Results Under the guidance of JCI standard,PIVAS in our hospital effectively improved the drug quality management level of PIVAS and the quality of finished product infusion.Conclusion The drug management under the JCI standards can effectively promote the drug safety of patients.
