摘  要:石油开发中心胜凯采油管理区位于利津县明集乡,所辖郑411、坨826、郑32等主力开发单元均为深层特超稠油油藏,具有原油粘度高、易出砂、油层埋藏深、油层薄等特点,开发方式为HDCS强化采油技术开采。随着蒸汽吞吐伦次的增加,地层亏空日益严重,油井周期生产时间缩短,排水期延长,生产效果逐渐变差。油井生产效果的变差凸显出来的主要矛盾是油藏开发的高成本、低效益,在当前效益开发的大形势下,如何有效降低区块开发成本,是摆在胜凯人面前的难题。注采一体化泵在管理区的引进与应用,有效降低了油井的作业费用,缩短了作业占产周期,从而降低了区块开发成本,增加区块开采效益。注采一体化泵自投用以来,在我管理区稠油开发区块取得了良好效果。Shengkai oil production management zone of petroleum development center is located in Mingji Township,Lijin County,The main development units of zheng411,tuo826 and zheng32 are deep super heavy oil reservoirs,It has the characteristics of high viscosity of crude oil,easy sand production,deep buried oil layer and thin oil layer.The development mode is HDCS enhanced oil recovery technology.With the increase of steam huff and puff times,the formation deficit becomes more and more serious,The production period of oil well is shortened,the drainage period is prolonged,and the production effect is getting worse.The main contradiction highlighted by the poor production effect of oil wells is the high cost and low benefit of reservoir development.Under the current situation of benefit development,How to effectively reduce the cost of block development is a difficult problem for Shengkai people.Introduction and application of injection production integrated pump in management area,It effectively reduces the operating cost of the oil well and shortens the operating period,Thus,the block development cost is reduced and the block exploitation benefit is increased.Since the injection production integrated pump was put into use,it has achieved good results in the heavy oil development block of our management area.
