摘  要:【目的】以分子标记辅助选择(MAS)抗褐飞虱水稻恢复系,为杂交稻抗性育种提供良好的种质资源。【方法】以HS204为抗源供体亲本(母本),明恢63为受体亲本(父本,轮回亲本),通过常规回交育种、抗虫鉴定结合分子标记辅助选择技术,培育抗褐飞虱性强及配合力高的水稻恢复系材料。【结果】获得4个改良恢复系株系RMH-3、RMH-58、RMH-153和RMH-262,其8个农艺性状与明恢63略有差异,抗性表现良好,均高抗褐飞虱,抗级分别为RMH-3(3.9级)、RMH-58(1.9级)、RMH-153(3.1级)和RMH-262(1.8级)。4个改良恢复系与3个自育不育系1A、2A和10A配制的12个杂交组合中除1A×RMH-153表现感虫外,其余11个组合的抗性均达中抗及以上水平。【结论】以常规回交育种、抗虫鉴定和分子标记辅助选择技术相结合手段筛选获得的抗褐飞虱水稻中间材料RMH-3、RMH-58、RMH-153和RMH262,可作为新的抗褐飞虱杂交稻育种材料供抗性育种利用。【Objective】In order to provide a good germplasm resource for resistance breeding of hybrid rice,new rice restorer lines with resistance to brown planthopper was selected by molecular marker-assisted(MAS)selection.【Method】By means of conventional backcross breeding,molecular marker-assisted selection and field identification,HS204 was used as the resistant donor parent(female),Minghui 63 as the receptor recurrent parent(male,recurrent parent),the restorer materials with strong resistance and high combining ability were cultivated through multiple generations of recurrent breeding.【Result】Four improved lines RMH-3,RMH-58,RMH-153 and RMH-262 were obtained,and their agronomic characters were slightly different from those of Minghui 63.They were all highly resistant to brown planthopper,with RMH-3(3.9 grade),RMH-58(1.9 grade),RMH-153(3.1 grade)and RMH-262(1.8 grade),respectively.Among the 12 combinations of 4 improved restorers and 3 self sterile lines 1 A,2 A and 10 A,except 1 A×RMH-153,the resistance of the other 11 combinations reached the level of medium resistance or above.【Conclusion】The intermediate materials RMH-3,RMH-58,RMH-153 and RMH-262 were selected by the means of conventional backcross breeding,insect resistance identification and molecular marker-assisted selection,which can be used as new breeding materials for resistance breeding.
