摘  要:【目的】本文调查了攀枝花地区山羊消化道蠕虫感染情况。【方法】对2017年12月至2018年12月期间在攀枝花不同地区屠宰后山羊消化道分离到的蠕虫进行形态学和分子生物学鉴定,从而确定种类。【结果】共鉴定出山羊消化道蠕虫6种,其中线虫5种,分别是粗纹食道口线虫(Oesophagostomuma sperum)、羊仰口线虫(Bunostomum trigonocephalum)、捻转血矛线虫(Haemonchus contortus)、羊毛尾线虫(Trichuris ovis)以及绵羊夏伯特线虫(Chabertia ovina);吸虫1种胰阔盘吸虫(Eurytrema pancreaticum)。吸虫与线虫之间存在混合感染,以2和3种蠕虫混合感染为主。进化分析显示:攀枝花地区捻转血矛线虫的COI基因差异较大,在2.4%~5.1%之间。【结论】综上所述,攀枝花山羊消化道蠕虫感染多为混合感染,需进一步加强山羊寄生虫病的监测及防控。【Objective】This paper aimed to investigate the prevalence of parasitic worms in gastrointestinal tract of goats in Panzhihua.【Method】Between December 2017 and December 2018,the morphological and molecular identification were performed on worms isolated from gastrointestinal tract of goats slaughtered in different areas of Panzhihua,which were sorted.【Result】The six species of worms were detected,including five species of nematodes(Oesophagostomuma sperum,Bunostomum trigonocephalum,Haemonchus contortus,Trichuris ovis and Chabertia ovina)and one trematode(Eurytrema pancreaticum).There was a mixed infection of trematode and nematode,mainly between 2 and 3 species of worms.Phylogenetic analysis showed that the variability of COI gene of Haemonchus contortus isolates in Panzhihua were significantly different,ranging from 2.4%to 5.1%.【Conclusion】In summary,the results of this study showed that there was a high level of mixed infection of gastrointestinal worms in goats of Panzhihua.It was necessary to further strengthen the surveillance and comprehensive prevention and control.
