摘 要:针对某黄金精炼厂原化学-溶剂萃取金精炼过程存在反应速度慢、金的浸出效果差、萃取剂价格高、生产周期长、大气污染、安全隐患等问题,提出控电除杂、合质金粉化、水溶液氯化、粗银粉电解精炼、增加真空过滤等措施对其进行优化。优化改进后,简化了工艺流程,降低了生产成本,提高了金的回收率,缩短了生产周期,预防了氮氧化物对空气的污染,消除了安全隐患,保证了产品质量。In view of the problems existing in the original gold refining process by chemical solvent extraction in a gold smelter,such as slow reaction rate,poor leaching effect of gold,high price of extractant,long production cycle,air pollution and hidden danger,some optimization measures were proposed,such as impurity removal by controlling potential,alloy gold pulverization,aqueous chlorination,electrolytic refining of coarse silver powder and adding vacuum filtration.After optimization and improvement,the process was simplified,the production cost was reduced,the recovery rate of gold was increased,the production cycle was shortened,the air pollution caused by nitrogen oxides was prevented,hidden danger was eliminated,and product quality was ensured.
