摘 要:基于国内砂状氧化铝的理论研究成果,对使用高有机物含量的进口矿生产砂状氧化铝的工艺技术进行研究。在稳定控制有机物析出的前提下,通过对草酸盐在铝酸钠溶液中的临界析出条件以及晶种成核周期、机理的研究,提出了一系列高有机物含量下砂状氧化铝生产的关键技术,如控制草酸盐析出、降低种分原液苛性比、建立粒度超前预测调控模型、制备高活性晶种、降低精液浮游物等,实现了高有机物下优质砂状氧化铝的工业化生产,有效降低了电解电耗,提高了电流效率。Based on the theoretical research results of domestic sandy alumina,the technology of producing sandy alumina from imported ore with high organic content was studied.Under the premise of controlling the precipitation of organics stably,by studying the critical precipitation conditions of oxalate in sodium aluminate solution,and the nucleation cycle and mechanism of crystal seed,a series of key technologies for production of sandy alumina with high organic content were proposed,such as controlling oxalate precipitation,reducing the caustic ratio of seed liquor,establishing the advanced prediction and regulating model of particle size,preparing crystal seed with high activity,and reducing plankton,which achieving industrialized production of high quality sandy alumina,reducing power consumption effectively and improving current efficiency.
