摘  要:为了降低铝电解生产过程中换极对电解槽热量平衡、物料平衡和稳定性的不良影响,提出了热极浇铸的预热方法,并对其工艺流程进行介绍。采用热极浇铸上槽后,减少了换极过程中的热量散失,有效预防了阳极效应,提高了电解槽稳定性,缩短了从换极到平衡的时间,减少了槽电压的偏离,而且有利于电流效率的提升和能耗的降低。In order to reduce the negative effect of anode changing on the heat balance,material balance and stability of the electrolytic cell during the production of aluminum electrolysis,a preheating method of hot anode casting was proposed,and its process was introduced.After the hot anode was cast into the electrolytic cell,the heat loss during the anode changing process was reduced,the anode effect was prevented effectively,the stability of electrolytic cell was improved,the time from anode changing to heat balance was shortened,the deviation of electrolytic cell voltage was reduced,and it was also conducive to the improvement of current efficiency and the reduction of energy consumption.
