经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2017年9月-2018年6月行PKP治疗的60例OVCF患者,分别在术前、术后第1天、末次随访时对患者进行视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,并且测量Cobb角及伤椎椎体前缘、椎体中线高度,末次随访时观察了解伤椎邻近椎体骨折情况。结果:患者随访时间为(10.0±1.5)个月。术前与术后第1天及末次随访VAS评分、椎体前缘、椎体中线高度、Cobb角相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后第1天与末次随访VAS评分、伤椎椎体前缘、椎体中线高度、Cobb角相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2例出现骨水泥渗漏,3例邻近椎体骨折。结论:PKP治疗OVCF为一种可靠有效的治疗方法。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP) in the treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF).Methods:A retrospective analysis of 60 patients(September 2017 to June 2018) with senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated with PKP. On the patients before surgery, on the first day after surgery, and at the last follow-up,the analog scale(VAS) score was used, and the Cobb angle and the anterior border of the injured vertebrae and the midline height of the vertebral body were measured. At the last follow-up, the fracture of the adjacent vertebra was observed.Results:The follow-up time was(10.0±1.5)months.The preoperative and postoperative first-day and last-time follow-up VAS scores,vertebral body leading edge, vertebral midline height,Cobb angle were all P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.VAS score, the vertebral body leading edge,the midline height of the vertebral body,and the Cobb angle between the first postoperative and the last follow-up were all P>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference.2 cases had bone cement leakage and 3 cases had adjacent vertebral body fractures.Conclusion:PKP is a reliable and effective treatment for senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.
