摘 要:滑板作为后装压缩式垃圾车压缩机构的关键部件,其动静态性能对整车的压填力具有重要影响。为解决传统压缩式垃圾车滑板动静态刚度不足、结构笨重、设计周期长等缺陷,以某滑板为研究对象,分析了滑板在滑行过程中的极限工况,并对该极限工况下的滑板进行受力分析,在此基础上,基于有限元法以滑板壁厚为设计变量,应变、质量为设计目标,对其进行多目标尺寸优化,从而确定最佳优化方案。经验证,运用此方法优化后,滑板的刚度提高了6%,减重达11%,达到了优化设计的目的,为后装压缩式垃圾车的结构优化设计提供了理论指导。As a key part of compression mechanism of garbage truck,the dynamic and static performance of the slide board has an important influence on the filling force of the vehicle.In order to solve the traditional pressure reduction type garbage truck slide board dynamic and static stiffness and structure defects such as heavy,long design cycle,taking a slide board as the research object,analyses the skateboard in the planing process limit condition,and the limit condition of slide for force analysis,on this basis,based on the finite element method(fem)with smooth wall thickness as the design variables,strain,quality as the design goal,on the size of multi-objective optimization,so as to determine the best optimization scheme,verified and optimized using this method,the slide boardstiffness increased by 6%,weight loss of 11%,achieved the purpose of optimization design,It provides theoretical guidance for the structural optimization design of compression garbage truck.
