摘  要:当前,采用混凝澄清和石灰预处理工艺,可以去除工业冷却水中的大部分或全部碳酸盐硬度,提高循环冷却水的浓缩倍率,降低工业冷却水系统的结垢速率及粘泥沉积。大唐电厂2×300 MW火力发电机组运行两年后,由于石灰处理后硫酸的加入量标控制不当,工业冷却水系统即发生大面积腐蚀。通过对石灰处理后的水进行腐蚀试验和对发生明显腐蚀的设备进行全面调查分析,笔者查找到了导致腐蚀的根本原因。调整运行控制方案后,腐蚀问题得到有效控制。Currently,coagulation clarification and lime pretreatment processes can be used to remove most or all of the carbonate hardness in industrial cooling water,increase the concentration rate of circulating cooling water,and reduce the scaling rate and slime deposits of industrial cooling water systems.After two years of operation of the 2×300 MW thermal power generating unit of Datang Power Plant,due to improper control of the amount of sulfuric acid added after the lime treatment,the industrial cooling water system suffered large-scale corrosion.Through the corrosion test of the lime-treated water and the comprehensive investigation and analysis of the equipment that has obvious corrosion,the author had found the root cause of the corrosion.After adjusting the operation control scheme,the corrosion problem was effectively controlled.
