摘　　要：异常窦性P波(ASPW)系指窦性P波的形态异常、节律异常和形态异常伴节律异常。近年研究显示,ASPW与心房颤动、心房性心肌病、心脏性猝死、脑卒中、心脏瓣膜病、冠心病和肺源性心脏病等相关。本文从成人正常窦性P波特征、近期ASPW的常用分析类型(指标)与发生机制、ASPW与临床等方面作一介绍。Abnormal sinus P wave(ASPW)refers to the abnormal P wave morphology,abnormal rhythm and abnormal P wave morphology with abnormal rhythm.Recently,ASPW was reported to be associated with atrial fibrillation,atrail cardiomyopathy,sudden cardiac death,stroke,valvular disease,coronary heart disease and pulmonary heart disease.This article will introduce this topic from 3 aspects,including the character of adult normal sinus P wave,recent ASPWclassification(index)and mechanism,and the relation between ASPWand clinical application.
