摘 要:针对船体变形或推进轴系安装不对中等因素所导致的轴线偏斜问题,建立轴线偏斜时轴承静力平衡方程,将轴线偏斜角和偏斜位置角引入到流固热耦合基本润滑方程中,建立可倾瓦推力轴承热弹流动压润滑模型,采用载荷收敛的轴承含全瓦块的系统迭代算法,计算分析不同偏斜参数对案例轴承性能的影响,结果表明,3种典型的轴线偏斜方向中,轴线投影线过支点这种偏斜方向对轴承性能影响最为严重;限制偏斜角增加的条件,除许用最小膜厚外,尚应考虑瓦块倾斜角的影响。Aiming at the problem of axis deviation caused by hull deformation or misaligned installation of propulsion shaft and other factors,the equations of static equilibrium under the misalignment was established,which introduces axis declination angle and declination position angle to fluid-thermal-solid coupling lubrication equations.The thermal elastic hydrodynamic lubrication model of tilting-pad thrust bearing was obtained.Through the strategy of load convergence,system iterative calculation method including all of bearing’s pads was proposed.The effects of different declination parameters on bearing performance in the example were analyzed.The research results showed that from the three typical axis declination directions,the direction of axis's projection line passing the pivot point has the most serious impact on bearing performance.The more the declination angle increases,the more the thrust bearing's load increases and performance deteriorates,various pad film thickness and pressure distribution become increasingly unbalanced,and the total power consumption of the bearing increases.As a result,the introduction and research of pad uniform load structure are necessary.
