摘 要:针对大型船用柴油发电机组自重重、体积大,吊点布置受限,重心位置易变动,吊装工作困难的问题,设计某大型船用柴油发电机组整体吊装专用吊具及吊装方法,使用ANSYS校核吊具强度,对吊具及吊装方法的可靠性和安全性进行加载试验验证,使用表明该专用吊具设计合理。The large-scale marine diesel generator sets are very heavy and bulky,lifting point arrangement is limited,the center of gravity is easy to change,so that it is difficult to the hoisting work.A special spreader and lifting method was designed for the overall lifting of a large-scale marine diesel generator sets.The strength of special spreader was assessed by ANSYS.The loading test was designed to verify the reliability and safety of the spreader and lifting method.After being put into use,the special lifting tool has successfully completed a number of lifting tasks.
