摘 要:针对现有木质渔船机舱易于渗水、漏水等缺点,设计一套机舱水位监控系统,控制主机选用STM32F103芯片,通过485总线与液位传感器模块进行通信或数据传输,根据机舱结构设置上、下限水位,控制主机通过水泵驱动电路启动水泵进行自动排水,多次实船试验证明,可实现机舱水位的监控和自动排水功能,随时了解机舱水情,提高排水的可靠性。Considering the shortcomings of engine room in the wooden fishing vessel,such as water seepage and leakage,a set of engine room water level monitoring system was designs,in which the STM32F103 single chip microcontroller was used as mainframe,the liquid level sensor module with through 485 bus was applied to communicate or transmit data,the upper and lower water levels was set according to the engine room’s structure,so that the main engine can be controlled to start the pump for automatic drainage through the pump drive circuit.Numbers of real ship tests proved that the proposed system can realize the real-rime monitoring the water level in engine room and automatic drainage function and improve the reliability of drainage.
