摘  要:针对现有膜式气囊隔振器的刚度特性计算仅考虑囊内气压和几何形状而忽略囊体材料性质,导致舰用膜式气囊隔振器刚度特性设计精度偏低的问题,基于弹性薄壳理论,提出一种舰用膜式气囊隔振器刚度特性的计算方法,推导出包含间隙系数的承载力及刚度特性表达式;通过试验确定某型舰用膜式气囊间隙系数经验值,给出间隙系数经验表达式;计算囊体结构特性参数,分析囊体材料特性对于现有理论模型中刚度特性计算误差的影响,试验表明,针对舰用膜式气囊隔振器,修正后的理论模型能将刚度特性计算误差从30%左右降低至10%以内。In view of the problem that the calculation of the stiffness characteristics of the existing diaphragm air spring only considers the air pressure inside the capsule and ignores the material properties of the capsule,which leads to the low design accuracy of the stiffness characteristics of the diaphragm air spring for ship,a calculation method of the stiffness characteristics of the diaphragm air spring for ship was proposed based on the elastic thin shell theory.The stiffness expression was derived on the basis of the load-bearing correction equation including the gap coefficient.The empirical value of the gap coefficient of membrane airbag for a certain type of ship was determined by tests,and the empirical expression of the gap coefficient was given.The structural characteristic parameters of the capsule were calculated,and the influence of the material characteristics of the capsule on the calculation error of the stiffness characteristic in the existing theoretical model was analyzed.The test showed that the modified theoretical model can reduce the calculation error of the stiffness characteristic from about 30%to less than 10%for the diaphragm air spring.
