摘　　要：为了评估地震载荷对柴油机主轴承运动副间隙及载荷变化的影响,针对某新型应急发电机组,采用AVL软件分析轴承EHD结果,拟合出最小油膜处轴承等效刚度系数,采用地震反应谱分析方法计算地震载荷工况下轴承运动副间隙的变化,分析安装隔振器对主轴承和推力轴承载荷的影响规律,为发电机组在地震载荷下轴承运动副的可靠性评估提供参考。For a new type of emergency generator set,in order to evaluate the influence of seismic load upon the clearance and load variation of main bearing pair of diesel engine,the EHD results of bearings were analyzed by using AVL software.The equivalent stiffness coefficients of bearings at the minimum oil film were fitted.The clearance value change of bearing pair under seismic load was calculated by using the method of seismic response spectrum analysis.The influence of vibration isolator installation upon the load of main bearings and thrust bearing were studied,which provides a reference for the reliability evaluation of the bearings of generator set under earthquake load.
