耳穴压豆在改善高血压患者头痛头晕症状中的应用护理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴压豆对改善高血压患者头痛头晕症状中的护理效果。方法选取2017年10月~2018年10月我院接收的高血压伴有头痛头晕症状的患者80例进行分析。按照患者就诊时间分成对照组和实验组,每组40例。对照组运用常规降压方式及常规护理进行治疗。实验组在对照组基础上采用耳穴压豆治疗,并实施针对性护理干预,分析两组患者临床治疗效果。结果对照组护理满意度(70.0%)和治疗总有效率(72.5%)均低于实验组(97.5%、95.0%),且干预后对照组患者收缩压与舒张压分别为(82.45±5.61)mmHg、(135.16±11.21)mmHg,显著高于实验组的(73.32±5.09)mmHg、(116.23±6.23)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高血压伴有头痛头晕症状患者的治疗中,实行耳穴压豆治疗与针对性护理相结合的模式有助于降低患者的舒张压及收缩压,能够明显提升患者对护理的满意程度,可有效提升临床治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of auricular acupoint pressing on the improvement of headache and dizziness in patients with hypertension.Methods 80 hypertensive patients with headache and dizziness received in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected for investigation and analysis.According to the patient's visit time,they were divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional blood pressure reduction and routine nursing.The experimental group was treated with auricular acupoint pressing based on the treatment of the control group,and targeted nursing intervention.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The nursing satisfaction(70.0%)and total effective rate of treatment(72.5%)in the control group was lower than that in the experimental group(97.5%,95.0%).After intervention,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the control group was(82.45±5.61)mmHg and(135.16±11.21)mmHg,respectively,significantly higher than(73.32±5.09)mmHg and(116.23±6.23)mmHg of the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of hypertensive patients with symptoms of headache and dizziness,the combination of auricular acupoint pressing and targeted nursing can help reduce the patient's diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure,and can significantly improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing.It can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect.
