颜填料对乳胶漆遮盖力的影响

摘　　要：选取金红石型钛白粉、锐钛型钛白粉、立德粉、氧化锌四种常用白色颜料和轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、沉淀硫酸钡、高岭土、多孔粉石英、滑石粉、云母粉、硅灰石粉、方解石九种填料对乳胶漆干膜遮盖,比较不同粒径的轻质碳酸钙对乳胶漆干膜遮盖力的影响,得出在乳胶漆体系中影响其干膜遮盖力的主要因素是颜填料的化学组成、晶体结构及粒径。The effects of four common white pigments of rutile titanium dioxide,anatase titanium dioxide,lithopone and zinc oxide,and nine fillers of light calcium carbonate,heavy calcium carbonate,precipitated barium sulfate,kaolin,porous powder quartz,talc powder,mica powder,wollastonite powder and calcite on the hiding power of dry film latex paint were examined,and the effects of light calcium carbonate with different particle sizes were compared as well.It is concluded that the main factors affecting the dry film hiding power of latex paint system are the chemical composition,crystal structure and particle size of pigments and fillers.
