摘　　要：本文从人、机、料、法、环五个方面对食品检验光谱实验室进行危险源辨识,并采用LEC风险评价方法对各类危险源的危险程度进行分析,同时拟定了相应的防控措施。Hazard identification of food inspection spectral laboratory from five aspects:man,machine,material,method and environment.Then analyze the risk degree of various hazards by the LEC risk assessment method,and draw up the corresponding preventive and control measures.
