稳压器法兰螺孔修复工艺控制与误差分析

摘  要:某核电厂对稳压器进行役前检查中,发现部分法兰螺纹孔存在表面质量和材料缺失等超标缺陷,分析原因为在制造过程中螺纹孔攻丝过程控制不当导致。由于设备已经安装就位,需要采用现场进行二次加工修复。由于现场加工采取与制造厂不同的基准面,加工工艺需要考虑被加工螺栓孔的位置度公差,保障误差符合设计要求,并考虑为未来使用整体螺栓拉伸机的预留足够的余量。通过对加工方案中关键工艺的识别、对加工误差传递进行分析,提出了加工工艺控制要求,通过在模拟件上进行可重复验证,验证工艺可保障原设计工差的要求。修复后的设备经过了三个燃料循环周期的验证,验证了修复后设备的设计性能要求以及整体螺栓拉伸机的使用要求。In order to verify the quality of M310 pressurizer in a nuclear power plant,the pre-service inspection(PSI)was conducted,the inspection revealed that several thread holes on the man-way flange were badly damaged,and some defects were beyond the acceptance criteria.Investigation showed that the defects originated from improper quality control in the manufacturing stage.As the equipment was installed in place,it is necessary to carry out secondary machining and repair on site..Since the reference surface was different from that of the manufacturer,the position tolerance of the thread hole must be taken into consideration for the machining,so as to ensure that the error meets the design requirements,and consider enough margin for the future use of the integral bolt stretcher.The machining parameters were worked out based on identification of key processes and analysis of tolerance transfer.The process flow was verified on the test sample first before applied on the pressurizer.After three refueling cycle service test,it was verified that key parameters of repaired device could meet the design requirements and the use requirement of the integral bolt stretcher.
