摘 要:针对养殖工船特定作业需求,探索一种便捷的船舶快速性研究方法,研发经济高效的动力系统,对降低养殖成本、提高养殖安全、推动产业发展具有重要意义。通过模型试验对比验证计算流体力学(CFD)叠模法静水阻力计算的准确性;基于叠模法对船体快速性进行多目标优化,获取理想的船体低阻力型线;从养殖工船功率需求、初始建造成本及动力系统故障失效对比角度,分析养殖工船动力系统的合理配置,获取动力系统基础方案。结果显示,在9~11 kn及低傅氏数情况下,通过优化线型而降低静水阻力不明显;在伴流不均匀度下降到一定程度以后,继续降低阻力,会大幅提升,不利于整体快速性能的提高;结合系泊养殖实际使用需求,采用电力推进技术可有效减少初始建造投资、降低后期维护及运营成本,提高养殖工况动力系统可靠性。根据养殖作业动力系统配置需求,反推养殖工船的快速性特征是研究该类问题行之有效的方法。In view of the specific operational needs of the aquaculture platform,it is of great significance to explore a convenient research method of speedability and develop an economical and efficient power system to reduce the cost of aquaculture,improve the safety of aquaculture and promote the development of industry.The accuracy of CFD hydrostatic resistance calculation is verified by model test comparison,the multi-objective optimization of speedability is carried out based on the CFD technology to obtain the ideal hull low resistance profile,and the reasonable configuration of the power system of aquaculture platform is analyzed from the perspective of power demand,initial construction cost and failure comparison of power system to acquire the power system foundation scheme.The results show that in the case of 9-11 kn and lower Fourier number,the hydrostatic resistance is not obviously reduced by optimizing the line.After the degree of non-uniformity of wake decreases to a certain extent,it will be greatly increased if the resistance is further reduced,which is not conducive to the improvement of the overall speedability.Combined with the actual use demand of mooring condition,the electric propulsion technology is adopted.It can effectively reduce the initial construction investment,reduce the later maintenance and operation costs,and improve the reliability of the power system in the operating condition.According to the configuration requirements of the power system of the aquaculture operation,it is an effective method to study this kind of problem by deducing the speedability of the aquaculture platform.
