云南省麻风畸残矫正手术效果分析

摘　　要：对近10年来开展的176例畸残康复者338个部位矫正手术进行效果评估,结果显示手术优良率73.08%,患者满意度为96.97%。兔眼矫正术121例,面瘫矫正术24例,睑外翻矫正术101例,垂足矫正术19例,截肢术38例,爪形手矫正术4例,手术矫正效果优良率分别为65.29%,83.34%,67.32%,94.74%,97.34%和75.00%。The effect of surgery on disability in 176 leprosy patients with 338 operations in the past 10 years was analyzed. The excellent and good rate of surgeries was 73.08% and satisfaction rate of the cases for surgery was 96.97%. Surgery for lagophthalmus facial paralysis, ectropion, pedal deformity, amputation, claw hand was performed in 121, 24, 101, 19, 38 and 4 patients, with the excellent and good rates of 65.29%, 83.34%, 67.32%, 94.74%, 97.34%, 75.00%, respectively.
