精囊镜临床应用的常见并发症及其防范

摘　　要：精囊镜技术目前广泛应用于精道远端相关疾病的诊治,但作为一种新兴技术,目前仍未建立统一的标准实施方案,使用效果也参差不齐。本文拟系统化阐述精囊镜实施过程中可能出现的并发症及相应预防措施,从适应证、术前评估、器械选择、进镜途径、射精管开口辨识、进镜方法、检查治疗、术后措施及指导等方面提出需要注意的要点,供同行交流参考,尽力使手术操作本身对手术区域的影响最小化,使患者受益最大化。Seminal vesiculoscopy technique is now widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the distal end of spermatic tract.However,as it is an emerging technique,no implementation standard has been established,and the results are mixed.This article systematically describes the common complications of seminal vesiculoscopy and preventive measures,and reviews the indications,preoperative evaluation,device selection,channel selection,ejaculatory duct opening identification,approach to the vesicles,examination,treatment,postoperative precautions and medical suggestion,hoping to minimize the side effects while maximize the benefits.
