摘  要:参照GB/T18742-2017新国标要求制定了中石化PP-R管材混配料的性能指标,利用核磁共振碳谱、凝胶渗透色谱对混配料基础树脂的分子结构进行了表征,通过小试试验确定了混配料的配方体系及生产工艺条件,在此基础上实现了工业化开发。工业化产品的物理性能优、卫生性能好、静液压强度高,由其制备的管材通过了静液压状态下的长期热稳定性试验,综合性能达到国外同类产品的先进水平。The authors established the performance indexes of three kinds of polypropylene random copolymer compounds according to the requirements of China’s new national standard GB/T18742-2017.Characterized the molecular structure of the base resin in compound by the means of the nuclear magnetic resonance and gel permeation chromatography.Determined the formulation system and production process conditions of compound through small-scale test,realized the industrial development on the basis.The industrial products have excellent physical properties,hygienic properties and high hydrostatic strength,the pipes made from compounds have passed the thermal stability by hydrostatic pressure testing,the comprehensive performance has reached the advanced level of the imported similar products.
