摘　　要：由于老式单层砾石充填防砂工具的结构缺陷,在完井防砂作业中无充填滑套密封性能测试、压裂充填等功能。为了解决上述问题,新式单层砾石充填防砂工具增加了滑套关闭工具、机械下压定位器两个工具模块,实现了单层砾石充填防砂工艺的技术改进。本文阐述了新型单层砾石充填防砂工具的主要结构及其配套工艺,并以渤海渤中29-4C油田某井为例,详细介绍了现场作业流程和充填效果评价。Due to the structural defects of old stack packer gravel pack sand control tools,In the sand control operation of well completion,there are no functions such as sealing performance test and frac pack.In order to solve the above problems,the new type stack packer gravel pack sand control tool adds two tool modules:sliding sleeve closing tool and mechanical locating device,the technology improvement of stack packer gravel pack sand control process has been achieved.This paper describes the main structure and matching technology of a new type stack packer gravel pack sand control tools,and taking a well in BZ29-4c oilfield of Bohai as an example,introduced the details of operation procedure and gravel pack effect evaluation.
