摘 要:钻井过程中产生岩屑,钻井液的循环排量是影响井筒岩屑位置和厚度的主控因素,影响套管到位后固井循环及施工排量,川西水平井不可避免井底存在颗粒大小不一的岩屑,甚至存在破碎的扶正器,不同的排量循环洗井干净程度不同,其程度影响水泥浆的注替排量。大部分细颗粒岩屑能循环出井口,较大颗粒岩屑不能循环出井口,理论分析在一定施工排量下大颗粒岩屑的循环启动力及易容易堵塞井段,对注替排量提供一定的参考,提高施工安全,并结合实例分析,碎片或岩屑易堆积在造斜段,堆积的位置与岩石摩擦系数有关,注替浆排量应小于循环排量。Rock debris is produced during drilling.The circulation displacement of the drilling fluid is the main control factor that affects the location and thickness of the debris,and affects the circulation and construction displacement of the cementing work after the casing is in place.The horizontal well in western Sichuan inevitably has rock debris with different particle sizes,and even some fragments of broken centralizers.Different discharge circulation displacement have different levels of cleanliness,and their degree affects the displacement of cementing.Most fine-grained rock debris can circulate out of the well,and larger particles can not circulate out of the well.The theoretical analysis of the starting power of large particles of rock debris under a certain construction displacement and the ease of blocking the well section provides certain reference to the injection displacement.Improve cementing work safety.Combined with the analysis of examples,rock debris is easy to accumulate in the inclined well section.The position of accumulation is related to the friction coefficient of the rock,and the displacement of the injection and replacement should be smaller than the cyclic displacement.
