摘  要:新疆准噶尔盆地地区在定向井及水平井在定向滑动托压粘卡方面遇到"瓶颈"性问题,难以实现突破性进展。水力振荡器作为钻井提效提速的重要工具被应用,缓解了托压现象,提高机械转速。通过在 JHWL2-1深定向井中试验应用水力振荡器的分析,结果表明,该工具能够有效改善井下钻压传递,并在复合钻井过程中机械钻速有了进一步的提高,同时大大减少了钻井润滑剂的投入量,但并非所有的情况都适用,还应该对工具参数进行合理的设计,从而实现了钻井生产的提速提效和降本增效。In the area of Junggar Basin in Xinjiang,there are some "bottleneck" problems in directional well and horizontal well in directional sliding pressure supporting and sticking,so it is difficult to achieve breakthrough.As an important tool to improve drilling efficiency and speed,hydraulic oscillator is used to alleviate the phenomenon of pressure supporting and improve the mechanical speed.Through the analysis of the application of hydraulic oscillator in JHWL2-1 deep directional well test,the results show that the tool can effectively improve the down-hole WOB transmission,and further improve the ROP in the process of composite drilling,and greatly reduce the input of drilling lubricant,but not all cases are applicable,and the tool parameters should be designed reasonably,so as to achieve the goal Speed up and efficiency increase,cost reduction and efficiency increase in drilling production.
