摘　　要：预冷凝器是整个真空系统中的重要设备之一,其低压降显得尤为重要,与普通的冷凝器结构型式有较大差异。本文介绍几种预冷凝器常用的结构型式及设计难点,并指出在管路系统设计时应注意的事项。The precondenser is an important part of the entire vacuum system,and the low pressure drop is particularly important,which is quite different from the ordinary condenser structure.This paper introduces several commonly used structural types and design difficulties of the precondenser,and points out the matters that should be paid attention to when designing the piping system.
