摘　　要：针对国内工业项目建设领域发包人拖欠巨额工程款的问题,介绍《合同法》对建设工程优先权的规定,阐述工业项目建设工程优先权在当前环境下的必要性,对有关建设工程价款优先受偿范围的法律法规进行分析评价并提出相关立法建议。In view of the problem that the employers in the domestic industrial project construction field are in arrears with huge engineering project payments,this paper introduces the“Contract Law”on the construction project priority,explains the necessity of industrial construction project priority in the current environment.This paper analyzes and evaluates the laws and regulations on the priority compensation scope of construction project price and puts forward relevant legislative suggestions.
