摘　　要：水果作为台湾地区习以为常的作物,有着多重深刻意涵。在政治领域,台湾水果因其特有的物产属性而成为台湾权属的隐喻及象征。在经济领域,水果不仅成为岛内税收来源之一,且是台湾与东南沿海多条贸易航线主要货物,扮演着中国融入世界海运贸易体系先驱者的角色。在文化领域,水果奠定了台湾水果加工业的基本格局,成为台湾建筑形制与园林设计的重要点缀,并为中华传统祭祀文化在台的传承与发展创造了有利条件与物质基础。梳理与研究水果在台湾特殊历史进程中多重意涵的表达,不仅可为“小历史”研究在台湾领域的运用提供良好的实践范式,且在现实情境中,亦能为两岸关系健康演进创造极富包容性的共同场域。Fruit,as a common crop in Taiwan,has many profound meanings.In the political field,Taiwan fruit has become a metaphor and symbol of Taiwan’s ownership because of its unique property attributes.In the economic field,fruit is not only one of the sources of tax revenue in the island,but also the main goods of several trade routes between Taiwan and the southeast coast,playing the role of pioneer of China’s integration into the world maritime trade system.In the field of culture,fruit has established the basic pattern of Taiwan’s fruit processing industry,has become an important ornament of Taiwan’s architectural form and landscape design,and has created a powerful condition and material foundation for the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional sacrificial culture in Taiwan.Combing and studying the expression of multiple meanings of fruit in Taiwan’s special historical process can not only provide a good practice paradigm for the application of“small history”research in Taiwan,but also create a very inclusive common field for the healthy evolution of cross-Strait relations in the real situation.
