摘 要:对不同装置生产的高密度聚乙烯5000S的分子链结构、基础物性、旋转流变性能及加工流变性能等进行了对比分析。结果表明:由于5000S-3的相对分子质量较高,支化度较小,导致其储能模量及熔体拉伸强度较大,5000S-3与线型低密度聚乙烯7042共混挤出的板材没有出现破洞;5000S-3的高相对分子质量(大于10×10^5)部分含量较5000S-2低,低相对分子质量(小于1×10^4)部分含量较5000S-1高,且其相对分子质量分布较宽,所以加工性能最好,提高温度可改善原料在加工过程中的不稳定流动现象。High density polyethylene 5000S produced from different plants were compared in terms of the molecular chain structure,basic physical properties,rotating rheology and processing rheological properties.The results show that the storage modulus and tensile strength of melt of 5000S-3 are higher due to the high molecular weight and low branching degree.No holes are found in the extruded sheet of blended 5000S-3 and linear low density polyethylene 7042.The content of high molecular weight part(higher than 10×10^5)in 5000S-3 is lower than that of 5000S-2,while the low molecular weight part(lower than 1×10^4)in 5000S-3 is higher than that of 5000S-1,so its processing performance is the best a long with wider relative molecular weight distribution.Increasing temperature can improve the unstable flow of raw materials during processing.
