摘 要:光热疗法(PTT)是一种新颖且快速发展的癌症治疗方法。近红外激光(NIR)有良好组织透过性和非侵入性,是进行光热治疗的理想光源。目前已有多种纳米材料开发成PTT类纳米载体可用于癌症的光热治疗。光热转换纳米材料在生物组织的诊疗中前景广阔,同NO、siRNA、化疗药物等结合后疗效更好。近些年来通过纳米载体进行肿瘤的靶向治疗也引起了广泛的关注,文章对该类方面的应用进行综述。Photothermotherapy(PTT)is a novel and rapidly evolving treatment for cancer.Near infrared(NIR)has good tissue permeability and non-invasiveness,making it an ideal source for PTT.A variety of nanomaterials have been developed into PTT-based nanocarriers for PTT of cancer.Photothermal conversion nanomaterials have broad prospects in the diagnosis and treatment of biological tissues,and are more effective in combination with NO,siRNA and chemotherapy drugs.At the same time,targeted therapy of tumors through nanocarriers has also attracted widespread attention in recent years.This article reviews the application of nanocarrier-NIR PTT.
