摘　　要：目的探讨生命早期饥荒暴露对壮族居民成年后发生高血压的影响。方法选取462名南宁市城市及农村壮族居民为研究对象。根据饥荒暴露情况,将1959~1962年出生者纳入暴露组(n=177),1963~1966年出生者纳入未暴露组(n=285)。所有研究对象均接受问卷调查、体格检查及生化检查。比较两组高血压发生情况,并采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析生命早期经历饥荒与成年后发生高血压的关系。结果暴露组的收缩压及舒张压水平、高血压患者比例均高于非暴露组(均P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,生命早期经历饥荒是壮族居民成年后发生高血压的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论生命早期经历饥荒会增加壮族人群成年后高血压的患病风险。Objective To investigate the effect of famine exposure in early-life stage on occurrence of hypertension after adult in residents of Zhuang nationality.Methods A total of 462 urban or rural residents with Zhuang nationality in Nanning City were selected as subjects.According to famine exposure,the individuals born between 1959 and 1962 were enrolled as exposure group(n=177),and the individuals born between 1963 and 1966 as non-exposure group(n=285).All the subjects received a questionnaire survey,physical examination and biochemical test.The occurrence of hypertension was compared between the two groups,and multivariate Logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between famine exposure in early-life stage and occurrence of hypertension in adulthood.Results The exposure group processed higher systolic or diastolic blood pressure level and higher proportion of hypertensive cases compared with the non-exposure group(all P<0.05).The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that famine exposure in early-life stage was a risk factor for developing hypertension in adults with Zhuang nationality(P<0.05).Conclusion Suffering from famine in early-life stage can increases the risk of hypertension after adult in the Zhuang individuals.
