摘　　要：体育强国建设背景下,为构建科学合理的训练体系,有必要对普通高校代表队运动员竞技动机的规律特点进行研究.文章采纳叶平等在中国标准化的《竞技动机量表》(CMI)C量表,对33所普通高校代表运动员的竞技动机进行剖析.结果:运动员在娱乐维度的标准得分最高;在努力取向维度的标准得分最低;男子运动员在社会认可、竞技水平提高和感性体验的标准得分均高于女子,且呈显著性差异(P<0.01);运动成绩与竞技动机水平呈正相关.结论:虽竞技动机水平与运动成绩成正相关,但娱乐维度的比重应控制在合理范围内.训练中应弱化运动员的娱乐体验感,培养奋斗拼搏的意志品格;强化运动员的体育思政教育,侧重促进大学生主动参与身体训练的开发.In order to build a scientific and reasonable training system,it is necessary to study the characteristics of the athletic motivation of the athletes of the representative teams in colleges and universities.This paper adopts Ye Ping,C scale of Competitive Motive Inventory(CMI)sport motivation scale,which is standardized in China,to analyze the sport motivation of athletes from 33 universities.Results:The Standard Scores of college athletes were the highest in entertainment dimension and the lowest in Effort Orientation Dimension The standard scores of male athletes in three factors,namely social approval,athletic improvement and perceptual experience,were higher than those of females,and there was a significant difference(P<0.01);sport achievement was positively correlated with the level of competitive motivation.Conclusion:Although the level of competitive motivation is positively correlated with the sports achievement,the proportion of entertainment dimension should be controlled within a reasonable range.In the training,we should weaken the sense of entertainment experience of the athletes,cultivate their will and character of struggle,strengthen the sports ideological and political education of the athletes,and lay stress on promoting the development of college students'active participation in physical training.
