摘　　要：为促进合肥农业农村生态环境质量的提升,对合肥地区农业农村生态环境状况进行了研究分析.结果表明:化学肥料和化学农药污染、畜禽养殖中粪便污染、农业生产中作物秸秆处置和农用薄膜污染、农村居民生活过程中的垃圾和污水污染等是农业农村生态环境面临的主要问题.结合存在的问题,建议制定合肥市农业农村生态环境治理的阶段目标,加强组织管理和监督职能,发挥法律和制度的积极作用,强化源头和不同类型区的精准控制,优化合肥农业种植模式,突出科学技术创新对农业农村生态环境的治理,利用多种渠道的宣传教育,提高公众生态环保的意识,充分利用经济的调节功能.In order to promote the improvement of agricultural and rural ecological environment quality in Hefei,the agricultural and rural ecological environment condition in Hefei was studied and analyzed.The results showed that the problems of chemical fertilizers and pesticides pollution,feces pollution in livestock and poultry farming,straw disposal in agricultural production and pollution of agricultural film,garbage and sewage pollution in rural residents life were the main problems of agricultural and rural ecological environment.Combining with the problems existing in the management of agricultural and rural ecological environment,it is suggested to formulate the stage objectives of the management of agricultural and rural ecological environment in Hefei,strengthen the functions of organization,management and supervision,play the positive role of laws and systems,strengthen the precise control of the source and different types of areas,optimize the agricultural planting mode in Hefei,give prominence to scientific and technological innovation in the management of agro-rural ecological environment,and uses various channels of publicity and education to raise public awareness of ecological and environmental protection and make full use of the economic adjustment function.
