摘　　要：在小型浮选试验基础上,采用TY225捕收剂对赤峰金鑫矿业有限公司钼矿石进行工业试验研究。试验结果表明,TY225可替代柴油作为钼浮选捕收剂,钼精矿品位相当,钼浮选回收率可提高3.51个百分点。TY225用量与柴油相当,起泡剂用量可节省50%,取得了较好的试验结果。Industrial test of molybdenum flotation by collectors TY225 was done based on lab experiment.According to the results,TY225 collector can completely replace diesel oil as molybdenum flotation collector,the grade of molybdenum concentrate is the same,and the recovery rate of molybdenum flotation can be increased by 3.51 percentage points.TY225 amount is equivalent to diesel oil,the dosage of foaming agent can be saved by 50%,and good test results are obtained.
