摘  要:通过对金堆城百花岭选矿厂2、3系统精选段流程考察,分析指出了影响精选段钼精矿品位和回收率的主要原因是精选泡沫发粘,精一柱浮选浓度低。针对此情况对精扫选泡沫和精一柱尾矿进行浓缩脱药,浓缩水返回粗选后对粗选影响试验,试验结果表明,浓缩溢流水返回粗选,不但可以提高粗选回收率,而且降低粗选药剂用量。Through the investigation of the process of No.2 and No.3 systems of Baihualing Dressing Plant in Jindaicheng,it is pointed out that the main reasons affecting the grade and recovery of molybdenum concentrate in the cleaning section are the viscosity of the cleaning foam and the low flotation concentration of the refined column.In view of this situation,the concentration and reagent removal of fine cleaning foam and fine one pillar tailings are carried out,and the effect of concentrated water returning to coarse separation is tested.The test results show that concentrated overflow water returning to coarse separation can not only increase the recovery rate of coarse separation,but also reduce the dosage of crude selection agent.
