摘　　要：通过研究大、小冷等静压机端盖密封环的结构及工作原理,针对使用过程中经常出现大冷等静压机上、下端盖密封频繁失效,且密封圈制作成本高,周期长,使用寿命短,严重影响设备运行效能等情况,本文通过分析、研究故障发生的机理,找出设计缺陷,并研究出改造方案,进行实际应用,取得了良好的效果。By studying the structure and working principle of the sealing ring of the end cap of the large and small cold isostatic pressing machine,aiming at the frequent failure of the upper and lower end caps of the large cold isostatic pressing machine,the high production cost,long period and short service life of the sealing ring,which seriously affect the operation efficiency of the equipment,this paper analyzes and studies the mechanism of fault occurrence,finds out the design defects,and studies the transformation scheme,carries on the practical application,and obtains a good result.
