摘　　要：2016年5月—2019年5月对贵州省佛顶山国家级自然保护区翼手目物种多样性进行了调查。本次调查共捕获翼手目动物3科4属11种,其中包括文献记录的3种,即大蹄蝠、普氏蹄蝠、华南水鼠耳蝠;本次调查增加了8种,分别是小菊头蝠、中华菊头蝠、中菊头蝠、托氏菊头蝠、大耳菊头蝠、皮氏菊头蝠、中华鼠耳蝠、东亚伏翼。此外,还对该地区蝙蝠的区系特征、濒危等级及保护现状进行了分析,建议加强对翼手目动物的栖息地进行保护,同时,还建议对贵州省自然保护区的翼手类现状进行调查和监测。During field surveys between May 2018 and May 2019,we investigated bat species diversity in Fodingshan National Nature Reserve,Guizhou Province.We identified at least 11 bat species of four genera and three families.Of these 11species, Hipposideros armiger,H.pratti ,and Myotis laniger were previously recorded in the reserve.The other eight species were newly recorded during this study,viz. Rhinolophus pusillus,R.sinicus,R.affinis,R.thomasi,R.macrotis,R.pearsoni,Myotis chinensis,Pipistrellus abramus .Here,we discuss the fauna characteristics,endangerment category,and conservation status of the bats,and some suggestions for protection in the future were put forward according to the conservation situation of the reserve.We recommend that investigation and monitoring of the Chiroptera be conducted to assess species status in nature reserves of Guizhou Province.
