摘 要:目的:为了解黑龙江省和吉林省健康貉中大肠杆菌四环素耐药基因的分布情况,以貉源大肠杆菌为模板,检测四环素耐药基因,为控制耐药性奠定基础,有利于临床合理用药。方法:共选取56株貉大肠杆菌,通过PCR扩增靶基因以检测耐药基因的携带状态。结果:四环素抗性基因tetM的检出率为82.14%,还检测到tetA、tetB、tetC、tetD,未检测出tetE。结论:大肠杆菌四环素耐药性可能由几种耐药基因共同介导。试验结果可为貉临床实践中合理使用四环素和预防四环素抗性出现提供理论依据。We studied the distribution of tetracycline resistance genes in Escherichia coli isolated from healthy racoon dogs(Nyctereutes procyonoides)from Heilongjiang Province and Jilin Provinces,China.We tested the tetracycline resistance genes of these E.coli samples.Our study objective was to describe drug resistance in these E.coli samples as an aid to more efficient use of antibiotic.We used PCR to amplify the target genes of 56 E.coli samples to detect the carrying status of drug-resistant genes tetA,tetB,tetC,tetD,tetE and tetM in the strains.The detection rate of tetM was 82%,tetA,tetB,tetC and tetD were also detected,and tetE was not detected.Based on this result,we conclude that resistance of E.coli to tetracycline may be co-mediated by several resistance genes.
